Refund Policy – Creator Credits (Digital)

Digital Goods

All purchases of Creator Credits (Digital) are final once delivered. Credits are digital items that are automatically assigned to your Discord ID after checkout, within 15 minutes of the payment clearing.

No Refunds

Credits are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivery has been completed.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside of the community.

Credits are not gift cards, prepaid cards, or stored value instruments.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws (for example, if delivery was not completed due to a technical error).

Incorrect Discord ID

If you entered the wrong Discord ID while selecting the pack size, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. While we cannot guarantee correction in every case, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Technical Issues

If you did not receive your credits due to a system error, please contact us immediately. We may request proof of purchase to investigate and, if confirmed, will re-deliver the credits or provide a resolution as required by law.

Abuse or Misuse

Purchases made through fraudulent means, or use of credits in violation of community rules, may result in loss of access without refund.
