Terms of Service – Creator Credits (Digital)

1. Nature of Goods

Creator Credits are digital goods delivered electronically. They are used only for entertainment perks within our private community (e.g., spins, digital content access, and interactive sessions).

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside of the community.

Credits are not a gift card, prepaid card, stored value, or financial instrument.

2. Delivery

Credits are delivered instantly to the Discord ID provided while selecting the pack size.

By purchasing, you authorize us to deliver credits directly to the linked Discord account.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid Discord ID while selecting the pack size. If the ID is incorrect, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and that your use of credits complies with local laws and community rules.

We reserve the right to revoke credits in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our community rules.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Once delivered, credits are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you encounter a technical issue with delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase for assistance.

5. Limitations

Credits are valid only within our community platform (Discord).

Credits cannot be resold, transferred, or used outside of the designated environment.

Misuse of credits may result in suspension or termination of your community access, without refund.

6. Disclaimer

Credits are provided for digital entertainment purposes only.

We make no guarantee of uninterrupted access to specific perks, features, or events. Availability may change at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. By purchasing, you agree to resolve any disputes in the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
