Address Format:
Orders with addresses not provided in the Latin alphabet will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Please ensure your shipping address is in Latin characters to avoid cancellation.
Duplicate Orders:
We are not responsible for any duplicate orders placed by customers. It is the customer's responsibility to review their order before finalizing the purchase. In the event of a duplicate order, standard return and refund policies will apply.
Shipping Policy:
Please double-check your order has the correct address, including the apartment number if applicable. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs related to address mistakes. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date.
Shipping and handling charges are not included in the sale price of any item. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs or duties.
Return Policy:
The sale of Print on Demand items is final, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges except for the following exception.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 28 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore, we reserve the rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
Submitting a Claim:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address of the originating facility and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
